"Excellent " Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Susan Gatlin was very informative and easy to work with. The gentleman in finance was very thorough in explaining the various options to me. I left with a very positive experience.

"Battery Chexk" Great service perfomed all around that BMW of Sarasota.. Timely, Friendly and above all availability was outstanding. BMW of Sarasota is truly the only place I would consider having my car serviced. Hands Down the BEST! Highly recommeded!

"Friendly service " Judy who was my rep was very nice and informative. The tech who was doing my oil change seemed to be unaware of a tampering sealer that was put on at my last oil change. This is a procedure that many oil change companies use. Your tech insinuated that this was something he had never seen before and was afraid to do the oil change!

"Super Adviser" We were down on a vacation when I lost a coil. Your dealership took me without an appointment, gave me a loaner for the day, even though it was a Sat. was able to work with my extended warranty company and changed the coil for only the deduct able. I would highly recommend not only this BMW dealership for service, but Valentina Lizardi was super, went out of her way to help, and ensured I was kept informed throughout the day as to what was happening.

"Replaced car battery" Contracted my BMW advisor Carlo Munoz about my 2013 BMW 328i having trouble starting my car. He set up an appointment for the next day to have a new battery installed right away. Very happy with the staff and service at the dealership in Sarasota.

"Excellent sales staff." My salesperson, Susan Gatlin, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and went out of her way to ensure that I had a positive experience. Even after the sale, she was there for any issues or concerns I had. The dealership had a wide range of models for me to test drive and look at the interiors to make my decision. I really appreciate the effort that the dealership went through to locate and acquire the exact configuration that I wanted.
