"Excellent time at BMW" My time at BMW of Sarasota was great, my car was to get serviced and a wheel replaced from a nail so instead of waiting for hours they gave me a loaner car which was awsome, my car was ready to be picked up the following day running like new!

"Carlos goes above and beyond!" We have 2 BMWs that are about to run out of warranty, so we brought them in to fix a few small issues. As usual, Carlos and the service department went above and beyond to ensure that everything was right with both our vehicles. Sarasota BMW isn't close to home for us, but we'll keep coming back for the excellent service from Carlos Munoz and the team!

"Outstanding service." We live in Toronto and, after spending the winter on Longboat Key, the engine light in our 540ix came on five days before our departure for home. I didn't want to take a chance driving 1500 miles without knowing what was wrong with the car so I called BMW of Sarasota and told them my problem. They told me to bring the car in right away.
