"Good scheduled service. No availability of 'genius'." While my car was being serviced (1hr 45min), we tried but couldn't find a 'genius' to explain some of my questions about electronic safety equipment on my 540i.

"No appointment tire emergency was taken as a top priority" Had to drive in with no appointment due to a nail in my tire. Carlos made sure that the issue was attended to immediately and I was able to drive away that same afternoon.

"EXCELLENT SERVICE CENTER" Matt and Fernando were very efficient in the way they handle the routine maintenance of my wife's 2015 BMW 535i. From moment I drove up to the service bay until; I drove away after the maintenance was complete. The coffee/tea was wonderful and although it was a Sunday and there were no fresh cookies available there were still plenty of sweets to go along with the coffee/tea.

"Finding a great car for me." I went to BMW of Sarasota to look at a used car. It is in excellent shape with very low miles in the color I wanted. The staff was very busy, but still gave me all the time needed for my questions and needs. I was able to purchase the car with a great deal and I love my new wheels!
