"had stripped oil pan" Service dept was quite helpful. Advisor Carlos Munoz kept in touch throughout lengthy repair with its complications. This is the end of my comment - having a 25 word minimum for this reply is silly.
"Coolant Leak / Convertible Top Problem" I am so impressed with the quality of service that I received from this dealership (and with Seth, my "Service Adviser") that I have commented to several friends. I have had this car to a dealership in Houston multiple times for a problem lowering and raising the top without any meaningful progress. Seth identified the issue just from my description and I have not had a problem since BMW of Sarasota made the appropriate repair. "THE BEST BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF ALL" I am very pleased at the way that I'm treated when every I bring one of my BMW's in for servicing at BMW of Sarasota; because I know that I will be treated honestly and fairly each time that I visit. I am treated as a member of the family and not just another person who has come in for service. The coffee and the cookies are wonderful and the staff is very helpful and very heart warming to say the least.

"2015 BMW M4" Vehicle had problems on trip to Sarasota Friday, March 15. I drove to the dealership Saturday morning and Mr. Merlino set up a service consultation even though I had no appointment. Mr. Santori knew that I had to stay extra days in Sarasota to get the vehicle repaired and expedited parts shipment.
