"“Check engine Soon” Light and heating vent" Awesome. Seth Rodgers was great as usual. I had the same issue with Check ebgine soon Light was deemed gas cap/ sensore/parts issue. Was takne care of. Heating still a mystrey. It works every time i bring it in for the same issue but i will be up in ATL and the heating vent ( dashboard ) fails to emit high heat.

""Valentina Rocks"" She was so kind, warm, and professional! It was a pleasure working with her! The coffee and breakfast bars were great too. The only downside was the limited space for working class people to operate while they wait. That said I was accommodated and it was a great atmosphere.

"maintenance -- replace control arm bushings and tie rods" Both customer service advisor and technician were outstanding. Very pleased with the work that was done. Over the past several years they have done considerable work on my Z3 and I've always been pleased with the results.

"Great Staff" The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Was a little surprised that I had a 10am appointment for routine maintainence and my vehicle didnt get taken in until 11:15. Other than that, I was very pleased with my service. Next time I will plan for a courtesy vehicle.
