"Warranty work" My service advisor, Derek was amazing. He kept me informed of the progress on my car, arranged for a loaner, had my car cleaned and was as professional and friendly as I’ve ever had in all the years we’ve owned BMW vehicles. I hope he handles all of my service needs at this dealership! He’s fantastic!

"Personalized Service" I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, to make an appointment to replace front brake pads. Carlos scheduled me promptly. When checking car, it was found that the brake pad sensor was rubbing against the rim. The sensor was repaired and brake pads did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciate the honest service at BMW and having Carlos as my service advisor. He is always courteous, friendly and very professional.

"NO APPOINTMENT, NO PROBLEM" Above and beyond treatment, we did not have an appt., but they still were able to complete a required scheduled oil change so I did not have to go all the way back home.
