"Overall Review" The facility is lovely. I felt the service we received from Tim was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. The only negative is the extreme wait time to sign the papers. We were at the dealership for 3 hours and 2 1/2 hours was spent waiting to see the finance man to finalize everything. Way too long!!!!

"New battery installed" I called the dealership this past Saturday morning, set up an appt for 3 pm on same day, @ which time they installed a new battery, checked car and , upon review, found and fixed something else and, also, took cate of a factory recall. I was out of there by 5 pm, the same afternoon. NO complaints, at all. It was a good experience and I felt that what I was charged was reasonable.

"Very professional!" Seth Rogers does an excellent job. When I arrive for service I am waited on very quickly. If there are any issues he does an excellent of explaining what needs to be done. I have never had an issue where I have to bring my vehicle back for the same issue due to mechanics error so I am also pleased with the quality of the service department overall.

"Susan Schoengold YAY" Susan was awesome. I want her and only her to be my service rep from here on out. I had a rough day but her smiling all the time and being positive really made myself feel better about my day. She mentuoned tp me that I am her first guest and that if I want to change reps i can because she is new and might take longer than usual. But it wasn't. Thank you Susan for helping me.
