"courteous and prompt" My first time there. These folks have it all down to a system. Car was ready when promised, waiting area was comfortable and with refreshments, all warranties were honored--and I was on my way. Very good experience.

"Was there for service, but left with new car!" My Salesman is the only reason I left with a new car! I went for service and drove home a new car. Please ask for Rich when purchasing or leasing new or pre-owned cars. He exemplifies what the word “customer service” means!

"Routine maintenance" Bought a used x5 in Northern Fl and took it to the Sarasota BMW for a a checkup. It needed a new battery and air filters but otherwise it was in good shape. It only has 27k miles. Carlos was my service advisor. He did a good job and helped me locate a discount coupon for the work.
