"Emergency repair..." Found myself within a block of Sarasota BMW when I began losing all my antifreeze fluid. With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I limped into the service bay and was promptly helped, even though I had no appointment. I was offered a car, told they would evaluate and call me back. They identified the problem, ordered parts and within two business days I picked up the car at the dealership. "New X4" Susan was the reason I returned and continued to look at BMW's. I was ready to purchase something else and decided to talk to Susan again. That's when she introduced me to the X4 which was exactly what I wanted ... I just really didn't explore it as I had limited time and was in the mode of looking for a car when I first visited the dealership
