"great experience" Fernando from the Service department is a professional and serious service rep. I had the appointment at 11 AM for my 2019 BMW 750 o change the oil + an issue with my alarm. I got there late, at 1130 AM. Still Fernando took care of may car. The repair process took 24 hrs, I had to leave the car overnight, so they can perform tests and reset a faulty sensor, BMW Sarasota gave me a substitute car- a 2019 BMW X3. "Excellent quality service you should expect from BMW." Got an appointment quickly. Taken good care of by Derrick. Service was done right and quickly. Waiting area is reasonably comfortable. Derrick quickly got to me when the work was done and escorted me to my car.

"Great service once again" Getting my windshield replaced was a complicated process because the insurance company had a lot of policies and procedures to wade through. Seth was supportive every step of the way from quick turnaround on the estimate to flexibility in setting up the appointment. Work was great and new windshield looks fabulous.
