"It was an oil change" I think this service team provides great service. Fernando understood that I was working under a time limit and made it happen. Thank you! I look forward to having my brakes replaced soon.

"Extended warranty work done..." We've just the best experience with Carlos and how well he took care of us...not to mention the extra little things he did. He did handle the claim with utmost detail and "fought" the extended warranty company for everything they were liable for even after the company sent inspectors twice. He also gave us a nice loaner vehicle for all haste and inconvinivece. Thank you Carlos! Elizabeth

""Caring and Professional"-M4 Convertible " We recently purchased our certified M4 Convertible from Cruz, and Sequoia was the manager. "2 hours for an oil change & air filter is is bit long" The title says the most about my visit but with a 50% discount, it still cost me $221. I think I will shop around next time I need my oil changed.

"I had my Takata replaced. Great experience." I had a very pleasant two hour stay while my Takata airbag was replaced by BMW. The waiting area is clean with available treats, coffee, and soft drinks.
