"Smooth and easy" I have an older BMW which needed some work... a new windshield washer motor, some gaskets and the like. The service department was able to get it in quickly, aranged for a rental car and kept in communication throughout the work. The process was smooth and easy.

"Waited too long before I heard from the service personnel." I was assigned Jessica, but did not see her until I complained after almost 2 hours that I had not heard from her. The attendant at the station came back quickly and said she could see me then. The car was done, but I don't know if the car was just sitting there awhile. Jessica told that I needed new tires and an oil gasket replaced. If I come back, I will ask for Carlos. He always gave me exceptional service.

"Friendly and low key dealership" Everyone at the dealership was friendly and low key with no pressure. I was asked exactly the features I needed on the vehicle and was shown the cars that met my needs. My test ride was as long as I wanted and my sales person was unhurried. The final deal with my trade in was fair and I would recommend BMW of Sarasota to any one considering a car purchase regardless of brand. I was pleased that I was able to buy an X3 for about the same price as some of the lower tier cars.
