"Repair " Second time engine light however I was given a loaner and it was fixed I hope it doesn’t not have to go back for another repair

"Took longer than expected " Derek was very attentive. My appointment was 11:30 and my car did not move until noon. I had a 2 pm appointment across town and I was not finished until 1:45. I felt I had given myself plenty of time for the recall, but since it was not started until noon it cut me too close. Again, no fault of Derek.

"BMW Sarasota Service" Carlos is very good to work with! Hopefully he can be retained at the dealership. He is a major asset to the service Dept and the dealership.

"Great experience" I've worked with BMW of Sarasota for 6 year and they continue to improve all the time. The newer service environment has been fantastic and they have very good service advisers. They got my X5 in on time, completed all services and out relatively quickly.
