"experience was excellent I was waited on right away," I gave a 5 star rating because everyone is very professional , they greet you with a smile, check you in and offer you a place to sit and relax .They offer you water to drink and let you know that your rep will be with you shortly. Rep is there to greet you in minutes to discuss car problem. Later will come back with an estimate for repair. If it twill take a longer time to fix I always an uber back home. That way i,m not sitting for hours.

"Patient and helpful" We walked into the showroom with some trepidation and met our salesperson Lisa. From then on it was a great experience all around. Everyone we encountered including the sales manager and finance guy was friendly and helpful. This experience reinforced my love of the BMW brand. I highly recommend the Sarasota dealership.

"coolant leak" Got a quick appointment. Service done in a timely manner by friendly, competent personnel at a fair price. Would not take my 650 for service anywhere else.

"Seth was awsome! " My BMW emerged from its service event clean and appearing that it was given quality care. Since the service area is completely enclosed, was impossible for customer to see the work as it progressed.

"Carlos is AWESOME!" If you have a problem with your BMW, be sure to ask for Carlos! He was knowledgeable, courteous, on time and on budget. He said my car would be done in two hours and it was DONE in two hours. I had an odd problem and he handled it NO problem. I will return and ask for Carlos for all my BMW needs. Give that man a raise!

"Exceptional Car Buying Experience " My wife and I walked thru your door and Cruz Rodriguez greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He asked about our needs, listened, showed us various options. After our test drive we met interacted with others. People were friendly, professional and no pressure. We made a decision to buy that day. We then met John Parker. Again, professional and reassuring. We will tell our friends about our experience.
