"Great experience! Quick and smooth purchase." After looking around for an SUV for my mom. I decided to stop at the BMW of Sarasota. Tim help us find the SUV she was looking for. He worked with us on the price and the whole process was smooth and transparent. I would definitely come back in the future for myself. Everyone was very friendly and provided a great customer service.

"Carlos is a true customer service pro" My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me hooked up with a time that finally worked. Got a rental for us promptly and we were on our way. With Carlos, most importantly, the communication was excellent, a rare accomplishment nowadays. The car was not only serviced but also perfectly washed and cleaned. The only thing that bothered me was the attitude of an employee towards my kids. "Susan is the best" Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I get the BMW I liked! Can’t thank them enough for helping me when the banks failed me.
