He was on-time in finding me in the waiting area. "customer service" One of the main reasons that we switched from Reeves in Tampa was because of Carlos. When we came in for some quick service we got Carlos as our contact and ever since then we have been a customer in Sarasota. "Excellent buying experience" I worked with Tim and had fantastic service. He put in the time and effort to make sure all my needs were met. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. At no time did he come across as your "typical car salesman". When the time comes, if he's still a salesman, he has my business again. Finance manager, Mr Castillo was also a big help and got me the financing i needed. 10 out of 10, i hope to be a life long customer of this dealership.
