"Treating a Stranger Well!" My experience with BMW of Sarasota was excellent! Seth was extremely polite and helpful. "Dropped in while on vacay" We were out on vacation, knowing we would be over the mileage for our next oil change before we got home, but not sure just how much. On a whim, while on our way to Sarasota for a night, we called BMW of Sarasota and they were not only able to get us in for first thing the next morning, but also Ubered us to and from a great breakfast restaurant while we waited. "Derek Thomas did a great job." Derek got me in on short notice and provided rental car. Very happy.with resolution and an ok price. You need a back way out to signal intersection. Very difficult going East on Clark from your location.
