"Sarasota BMW*** Great Service" Great Service. Friendly Staff. Timely. Taking care of our X3 recalls expediently. Love the car check in guy. He's a hoot. We were provided a rental overnight so we would not be without a car. No charge to us.

"Recent service" I went to BMW of Sarasota for service recently. Fernando made things very easy. Kyle helped too. Service was very quick and thorough. Everything was done properly.

"Derek " Derek was the service manager assigned to me & he was very helpful. Gave me options and explained them. He also arranged for a loner with Hertz. However I had problems with the hertz loner, tire rapidly losing air. Filled it up & found a hertz dealer in Venice. They were very helpful however they didn’t have a car to swap. I had someone pick me up and when my car was ready Derek arraigned to have Uber pick me up so I could pick up my car. Very pleased with how Derek handled my problem
