"Efficient, helpful, and courteous" I was reminded by phone that service was due. The service staff was helpful when I arrived for service. And the service manager ensured my needs were met and the car was returned on time.

"Pleasant, Professional and Efficient" I showed up on a Friday (usually a very busy day) without an appointment, but nevertheless was dealt with in an expedient and attentive manner. This is certainly not to say that I recommend showing up without appointments, but I was impressed by the quick attention and the hands on participation of the service advisor as well as the shop foreman.

"Seth does a great job coordinating service needs." I am always happy with Seth and the way he takes care of my BMW 7 series and me -- One suggestion is that the rental/loaner cars be full of gas when picked up for loaner -- I drove under 40 miles and the tank said fill me -- and now -- Seth and BMW Sarasota and the whole team does a great job -- thanks

"Tim's first sale!" We were looking for a demo X1 or X2 when we pulled into the parking lot of BMW Sarasota. Salesperson Tim greeted us and promptly showed us exactly what we were looking for. He clearly answered all our questions and we left with enough information to make a decision. Several days later, we returned to Tim ready to buy. The whole process was streamlined and stress free.
