"PLEASANT" Service was great, they even gave us a rental car while we got our car fixed.Jessica took good care of us, she explained everything that was getting done to the car to us. Would recommend to all my friends!!!

"Overall a fine experience. " My BMW was taken in on time and very quickly. Service advisor met with me within 10 mins and explained the services my car would receive. The car was fisnihed on time as promised and I was delivered a clean car, ready for and waiting. The interior was cleaned as well. An excellent job all around.

"Review " Service was very efficient. Carlos was very helpful. Repairs were unexpected and more expensive than I anticipated; however, the car Just have over 100,000 miles on it. Expense will be worth it to continue to drive for another hundred thousand miles.

"Service and sales" Service was excellent... Tim, Robert, and Valentina. All great folks. Price to get a new car not so good. It seemed like sales was very interested in getting me to trade up to new, but Pricing did not reflect that. Maybe next time

"How a great dealership operates." I usually dread going to car dealerships and have tried to avoid them when possible. With that full disclosure, I now admit thoroughly enjoyed my recent time at BMW of Sarasota.
