"Always a pleasure" Fernando is always very attentive! Anytime I have any issue with the car he always helps me out. Everyone else was courteous and very nice. Definitely will continue bringing my car to this center.

"Transmission repair" Seth was my contact and he did a nice job coordinating the shop visit between me and a third party who brought the car since I was out of town. Actuator in the automatic transmission needed to be replaced. After several days of driving it seems fine

"Awesome Experience!" Frenando made my experience a true pleasure. He listened to my M3 safety concerns and addressed each one. I flew in from Pensacola to purchase an M3. To ensure my 500 mile trip home, after the oil change and inspection Fernando suggested some necessary work. With the work completed I felt confident for my trip. "Needed new starter" I called and told them the problem on a Friday afternoon. Got to the dealership near closing on Friday. They were waiting for me , arranged a rental car and said it should be done next day Mid morning on Saturday Derek called and confirmed what was needed and said he’d call later when ready. He called about 3:00 and I picked up the car. Only 24 hours after problem started it was taken care of.... first class service as always!
