"excellent service and overall treatment" While my recall service was excellent completed completely in a timely manner, I have one issue with the dealership's parts department. On my past two visits for service, I have tried to buy touch-up paint for my vehicle, In both cases it was out of stock I think you should have a process to follow-up on such requests to get the item requested and mail it to the customer.

"Great service" I recently had a check engine light go on. My car only has 11K miles. It was leased from a dealer up north, so I made an appointment at BMW in Sarasota. They treated me wonderfully, gave me a loaner, and my car was perfect when I picked it up the next day. Special thanks to Derek Thomas, assistant service manager who handled my problem with finesse

"A well oiled machine" From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient service. Maria was my service advisor and even went so far as to take a picture of the windshield washer strainers that were clogged with algae and inoperable. Happy that she suggested having them replaced. "60,000 mile service plus front brake work" Worked with my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, who was patient, informative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant/easy to deal with. He has a mechanic's background, not sales, so Carlos understands the inner workings of a car and can share that with his customers. I was very pleased with my interactions with Carlos on this visit.

"Carlos is a diamond in the rough " He is always bending over backwards to make everything run smooth with no stress or issues every time I bring my BMW in, I have had 5 different people over the ten years I been coming in and Carlos is a 1st class gentleman and y’all are lucky to have such a shining example of BMW customer service... I am so happy I now have him as my service manager.
