"Excellent service" I took my car to BMW Sarasota and I received a nice and corteus us treatment from the moment that I walked in. Carlos as usual was very helpful and explained in detail the issues with the car, the services was efficient and on time

"Quick pickup/European delivery " On pickup of the new car the service genius was helpful and made sure I knew all I the things I wanted to know about the new features! Jack has been great and very helpful through the whole process. There are lots of working parts with the delivery process and he was on top of it all. Overalll I am very happy with everything especially my gorgeous new car

"annual service" Annual trip for oil change and maintaince check up. All went well . on time and on schedule .Even washed the car before leaving . Well recieved and nice people

"Fuse replacement " Despite getting the wrong info from the parts guy about where the fuses are located for the cigarette lighter. Maria the service Mgr was awesome she was friendly professional and courteous. She arranged for The tech to replace my fuse at no cost.
