"Fantastic service advisor and team! " Fernando is very professional and accommodating, I personally enjoy servicing my car with him because the experience is always easy and comfortable! While my car is being serviced the entire team is extremely warm and inviting, I saw Abby and Emilio there as well and chatted with them, they were the ones who helped me buy the M3 to begin with and they were extremely nice helpful as always! Just a pleasant crew and experience all together!

"Very good " Maria is my advisor. She has been my advisor for almaot two years. She is very nice to work with and always proactice and has accurate information. She is a very good service advisor.

"All one can possibly expect when servicing their vehicle" The professionalism and attention shown by service advisor Carlos Munoz was much appreciated. I was impressed with his handling of my service issues, and I will continue to request him for future appointments. He kept me fully informed as to the progress of the work and time expected for it's completion.

"Just a front headlamp bulb replacement " I had a weekend trip planned, so they allowed me to leave car from Friday through Monday and paid for a rental since no Beamer loaners were available. I love having Valentina as my service advisor! She’s so nice and efficient and communicates every step of the way

"Needed dealership repair" I love my BMW 335D, but it is out of regular warranty so I try to be more selective of when I take it to the dealer. I appreciate that the higher costs reflect the training and standards they provide, and try to be judicious of when I need them. That being said - when I do use the dealership I feel it has always worth the value represented. "Service with a smile" I had my X3 in for its routine service earlier this week and was delighted with the friendliness of all the people I interacted with. I dropped the car off around 4 pm on Monday and requested it be available for pick up before 2 pm the following day. I was informed of the estimated cost via my mobile phone at 8:30 am on Tuesday.
