"excellent service even in busiest time" Carlos was fantastic , I could see how much work he had piled up and nonetheless took his time to set me up with a rental car, and was very very helpful. Definitely 5 stars. All other people were great too but it is mainly Carlos who took care of me and the car

"My first service session with BMW" As this was my first service appointment with BMW I was hoping for a good experience. I think overall I was very satisfiied from the appointment reminder pone call, setting a convenient time, being told to expect a 2 hour service--that was 2 hour. While Derek was attentive and efficient as one could expect, I also was impressed with other BMW personnel I interacted with and found them to be very pleasant and wanting to be helpful. I look forward to a long relationship with BMW.
