"Repair" My car was evaluated and repaired in a very timely manor. Fernando always kept me updated with my repair. When I asked him to show me the part BMW replaced, he took the time to look it up on his computer and explain the reason the part failed.

"Good service" I went in for new brakes, was kept apprised of progress by Carlos, good communication. Waiting rooms are fully stocked with snacks and drinks , waiting time is kept to a minimum.

"Service with a Smile!" Excellent customer service, very clean and modern facility. I bring my car in a couple times a month for a complementary car wash. The service department is very professional and the wait time is minimal. I love the customer lounge. It is very comfortable and you have access to complimentary coffee, soft drinks and snacks why you wait!
