"Car is unreliable but dealer is great" This is the third time in 3500 miles that I have had to take my 530e in for service. But each time BMW of Sarasota has been very responsive.

"Top notch for service " My vehicle required a replacement air bag. This dealership arranged to service my vehicle when it was convenient for my schedule. With very little notice! They did not try to sell me anything, and replaced the air bag while I waited.
