"Easy service" easy,easy, fast service, got a ride by Uber to work, hitched a ride back with someone from the office, I called 2 hours before work was done to see if my car was ready and it was.

"Efficient and Professional Service" Did not have an appointment but had an issue with the air conditioning while on a long trip. Brought the car in and Derek took care of my car needs within a reasonable time and was very professional! Thank you for your quick attention to our needs.

"Engine issues and recalls" Carlos Munoz was very prompt, respectful and professional. we have a warranty with a company that would not cover gaskets or actually anything. we were not aware of the coverage's we paid a few thousand for the warranty and it is useless Carlos tried his best. He was very professional and and efficient. He gave me a car to drive home until the repairs were complete (2 days). This dealership is very accommodating. "Unscheduled evaluation of inoperative emergency doorlock." Without an appointment, I was given immediate attention to evaluate the emergency nonoperative door lock on the driver's side door. Immediate attention was given to the issue and the cause was discovered. Unfortunately, a new lock mechanism was required to fix the problem. This was ordered from BMW specific for the VIN# of my car. I was informed that the part will take approximately 1 week to be produced, coded and be delivered to the dealer by BMW. "After sales service" When we purchased the used BMW 328i hard top convertible the buying experience was similar to purchasing a new one. We were treated very well. The sales team agreed to do a few paint touch ups and we were scheduled a few weeks after the initial purchase to have the work done.

"Smooth and efficient" I felt the check in process was very informative and efficient, my only issue is that being a new client to this BMW Dealership, it would have been nice for the Service Advisor to come out of his office and introduce himself.
