"Scheduled oil change and state inspection" I was very pleased with my service advisor Carlos Munoz. He was very professional and advised me what needed to be done with my 2013 BMW 328i and got the job done within 60 minutes. Great service area!

"Great experience with Carlos" My service advisor Carlos did a great job of explaining what was wrong with the car, and what needed to be done. He took time to explain all the options we had, and how our warranty worked to ensure the best possible outcome for us. I feel like he was very honest and focused on customer satisfaction. The post-inspection report showed the techs took time to look over all aspects of the car, i'm very confident in their work and Carlos's supervision.

"Derrick was excellent" I brought my 2018 BMW X6 in for its first oil change and service. The day before my appointment I noticed a nail/screw in my front tire. Derek was quick to help with this last minute issue and made my appointment time prompt, professional and polite. First Class treatment and a First Class Service Advisor in Derek!
