"Best customer service due to personal advisor " Maria, my personal BMW car service advisor takes my texts outside of business hours and gets my car in on short notice . It is because of her that I keep coming back to BMW. Even my old advisor Derek makes sure to stop by and say hello, when he sees me, remembering my name . Personalized care will make me look at purchasing another BMW just for the service .

"Overall Awesome" Maria's a great service rep/manager. She is great at explaining what is being found in regards to condition of the vehicle and what might have to be repaired/adjusted and what options I have. The facility is great, lots of BMW SRQ team members walking around and checking to make sure we have been helped and have a status update. Only thing that keeps it from being a perfect 5 was that time estimates are usually a little light (generally off by 60mins). But I also watched a lot of folks who drove in unexpect... read more

"Muluple issues " Always helpful and Carlos is very responsive. I’ve had multiple warranty issues with my car and they’ve all been handled with proffessionalism. Happy to reccomend BMW of Sarasota to my friends and family.

"Maintenance & New Tires!" Brought my X3 in for routine maintenance, and thought I might need new tires, the car just didn't ride right...well Lewis called and indeed I need tires. Would have liked a little bit better deal, but in the long run I always feel more confident getting new tires from the dealership. They had to be ordered but I had a loaner car so I was never inconvenienced. All good now, Its like I'm driving a new car! Thanks Lewis & BMW!

"Service done right" When I called to schedule my repair I spoke with Eric in the parts department who was very helpful in making certain everything was in stock and ready. Lewis was my advisor on the day of my service, I was glad I was assigned to him as he had helped me on a previous appointment. All in all I was very pleased to have used bmw of Sarasota for my auto repair not only because the service was five star but I found their prices to be upfront and lower than other quotes. Car runs great.

"Maria was terrific " Can’t speak for the dealership but the very compitant service manager Maria was very professional and helpful. Also the mechanic that worked on my car actually took the time to find the problem rather than just charging for a text book fix. I believe that Maria May have made the suggestion. Really took some thinking (and caring) outside the box.
