"Service " I made appointment for service for my 320I for October 24; 2018 at the dealership. I was given prompt attention when I arrived. My service advisor, Derek Thomas was excellent. He noted the service that was needed for my vehicle. I volunteer on Wednesday, so Derek promptly called an Uber for me to take me to the hospital for my volunteer day. "Carlos was outstanding" We recently relocated to FL and this was my first visit to Sarasota BMW. It will not be my last. "New car" Fine, too lengthy paperwork in order to buy or lease, must make that transaction time frame much shorter and efficient. Also on service from previous visits, expect a more thorough search and timely completion of my request. Also on a routine tire service, noticed a wheel bolt missing as well as a tire air cap missing! Sloppy.....

"Service Review" Your service department had concerned me based on reviews prior to mid -2017. When I purchased my car in 2017 I was told that previous service problems had been addressed and that your goal was to offer excellent service. Although my first visit was only for oil and lube and first year anniversary maintenance, I can say that I was quite pleased with the scheduling, the completion timing , and the individual attention that I received.. Keep up the good work. You seem to have solved your past problems.

"Excellent service" Louis remembered me from my last visit some 4 months ago. He even remembered the reason for that visit. I don't know if he looked it up or not, but even if so, he's working harder than most. He did everything I asked as did the shop. All said I have nothing but positives to report from this visit.

"2 recalls done, when one expected" Went in for one recall as day before part for another recall was not it, but when car received both recalls were done. Saved significant time, although service center is a very accommodating place.
