"Flat tired replacement" I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the dealership and the tire was replaced by 3:30 the following day. I met with Derek the service advisor the morning of the repair and had a loaner ready to go for the day.

"Service to sell" We went in to service on our old car and courteous staff met us and presented some new sales opportunities. They had really good deals that were too hard to pass up and we traded in the old car for a new one.
