"Seamless Transaction" I just moved the vehicle here from New Jersey and had a coolant leak i was able to get an appointment within a day and they ordered the parts, gave me a loaner and was out the door by 5pm!!

"Service Experience" I am writing this review on the entire experience. The initial organization and the feeling of a great customer experience when you pulled through the garage was unlike any other service center I had been too. Working with Carlos was easy as he explained everything and pricing in detail. The car was ready and back home the next day. "Mostly Well Done" Appointment was scheduled quickly at the time I requested, drop off was easy, service advisor made contact within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, rental care pickup took 50 minutes, BMW people blamed it on Hertz but I still had to wait 50 minutes. Rental car drop off was easy, checkout was timely and service advisor did a good job of explaining everything. Except for the rental car fiasco, well done.

"Not standed in Arcadia" An object destroyed my tire in Arcadia at 5PM on Sunday. I pushed the emergency button and they arranged a car transport to the dealer, Lyftt home for four of us to Sarasota, a text the next morning asking for approval to replace the tire and had a washed car available for pickup at 5PM on Monday. Pretty much the best outcome that could be expected from an ugly incident out in left field.

"great" Service advisor Seth Rodgers is there waiting while i pull up,gets to work on my car right away. I dont get channeled to anyone. Seth comes and finds me after the car is ready and does the paperwork and bill in his office. NO cashier or car Jockey needed. Hands on by Seth!!!

"oct 22 purchase of BMW" Sales person was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She understood the dynamics of the sale that she was trying to help and educate my wife in the purchase of a car and one she had no experience with. She listened well to her needs very well. It was a bit disappointing that the original car we had interest in did not have a critical feature. But the alternative, while more expensive, proved to be a better choice for her. "Responsive Service" Had issue turning on car in the morning. So, Took it to Service immediately. And the car issue was resolved and received maintenance too. Thank you!

"Quick, comfortable and responsive" First time bringing in my classic 2002 330ci. Had an airbag recall that was starting to get on my nerves. BMW has been good about sending out postcards to remind us to have the recall taken care of. We finally got a time that worked for both parties and I was pleasantly surprised of the waiting area. Plenty of snacks, drinks and comfortable chairs to relax and wait.
