I schedules a simple oil change for 9am and told Fernando I did NOT want a car wash. He did give me the "first time service" discount and checked the power windows for no charge but I don't understand why it takes 3 hours to change the oil and vacuum the carpets. Well the carpets were not vacuumed at all after Fernando told me that was the delay after the three hour wait. she didn't try to push anything on me regarding more service than the recall issue I was in for. she said it would be about 90 minutes and she was right on - I was in and out quickly.

I moved to the Southwest Florida area 2 years ago. I needed dealer to service my BMW M6 convertible. I called BMW of Sarasota and was accommodated very quickly and professionally. I have been working with Fernando Santori as my service manager and could not be more pleased. He has always available to take a phone call and prompt with calling when my vehicle is ready after being serviced. The facility is exceptional and the professionalism 2nd to none I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who cares for there car.
