Not only am I extremely happy with my first purchase ever of a bmw, but i really appreciated the time and effort each employee i dealt with took to make this deal happen as quickly as possible. I had a great overall experience. Thomas helped me look at several options based on my needs. He was able to work within the budget I was looking for. He attentive to my family needs as well. I've owned German vehicles in the past but have only been dealing with my '07 335i for a little over a year now. John was thoughtful and did everything in his power to ensure I was satisfied with the service received. He definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my issues and proactively consulted with his management to achieve a successful outcome.
I love my experience at the Open Road BMW dealer at Edison. Duog was very patient & accomodating my requests. Helped me find the right vehicle/packages since I was confused on which one to choose. Hamada Elmasri was an outstanding salesman and all around honest person who looks out for the best interests of the customer, he even went out his way to negotiate with my insurance company to get me a better rate for the car i was buying. Definetly ask for this salesman and you will walk out the dealership happy.
Great experience. Drew is a very nice and responsive salesman. He was very patient, helped us to check inventory and got the car we want from another location and had everything ready in couple of days. I used to be a Lexus customer and this is my first BMW. Nitin, Justin and Steve made by first BMW leasing experience thoroughly enjoyable and fairly quick. Very friendly and gave me one of the best deals. At the time of delivery, everything was kept ready so I was in and out in less than an hour !!
