Tony made all the effort to find the "perfect car " ( suv) for us & coming from the manufacturer, it only took a couple of days for us to get the car.

The overall experience was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Igal was fantastic to deal with -- organized, honest and very knowledgeable. He knows the cars inside and out and was very helpful getting me up to speed on the features. He has great follow-up too and I have a lot of confidence in this dealership. My first BMW and my first experience with Open Road -- so far, excellent

I shopped around for my dream 328 xi for a while, until I walked into Open Road BMW and Thomas approached me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and was able to teach me a few things about financing a car. Buying a car from him was easy and an all around great experience. Thank you Thomas, Alex and all the people that helped.

Igal did a great job in talking with me and explaining details of the cars I test drove. I felt comfortable and did not feel any pressure at all. I came in alone (without my husband) and felt confident with the choice I made. Having Igal there made my decision to buy the SUV easier because he understood my concerns etc. He took extra time and stayed after closing hours to ensure that I drove home same night with my new SUV. I want to thank Igal for a job well done!

When was the last time you hugged a used car salesman? After I had bought my car, after I paid for it, after driving it for 2 weeks, I went back to Open Road BMW in Edison to thank Ahmed and ended up hugging him. Forgive my calling him a used car salesman; he is alot more than any salesman I have ever dealt with. Ahmed was friendly, knowledgable and honest. Open Road was a pleasure to work with. Came in for a CPO, but ended up with new...and it was a MUCH BETTER decision. Dealer was patient with us, which was good, because I was flip flopping quite a bit. I didn't feel pressured one way or the other. Professional! And, at the end of the day, the best price around.

This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Drew was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and honest. Throughout the buying process, Drew was always available by phone or email to answer any questions. The finance department was always at my service and very willing to work with me on the numbers as best they could. I shopped around quite a bit for cars comparable to the 535 and other BMW dealers and could not find a better deal.

We just purchased a 2011 535xi. We could not be happier! Smooth easy no pressure sales experience. The two gentleman, and finance manager that we worked with were very knowledgeable of the products they were offering. They were very kind and thoroughly explained all of our options. Even the finance office was Non-aggressive. The entire transaction was painless! I plan to do all of my BMW business at Open Road Edison! Other Dealerships need to take notes from these professionals. This is the way to purchase a vehicle.
