Mr. King responded to my inquiry about the price of a new car and about the trade-in quote of my old car in a timely and professional manner, without the common sales gimmicks. Subsequent to getting quotes from Mr. King, I have received similarly favorable quotes from a dealer much closer to home, but decided to go back to Edison, NJ to buy my car from Mr. King. The transaction was very easy, professional and quick. Mr. King and Mr. Goldberg provided excellent service. I would recommend them to my friends.
When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me immediately.He showed me the unit I was interested in and we went for a test ride.He felt he could get me a deal on a 2011 they had in stock. This sales person was great. He gave me options and was very patient with me as I was a first time BMW owner. He was great!! I completed my application on line for the financing and immediately received a phone call from the dealership. Simply the BEST!!! This is the second car I've purchased from Open Road in the past three and a half years. There customer service is second to none and they have very competitive pricing.
