I took my car in yesterday to Fields BMW in Winter Park and had an amazing experience. Patti Rennie always takes care of me and was able to identify the problem and get it fixed within a short period of time. If you go here to service or buy a BMW, you will not regret it. And make sure to ask for Patti Rennie in the service department because she does an amazing job at taking care of her customers.

I was completely satisfied!! BMW IS THE BEST!!! I was so satisfied, Blane told me it would take at least 2 hours, so I went to the waiting room and had a lovely breakfast.... I was pleasantly surprised when Blane came to tell me that my car was ready after about 1hr 30 minutes, ! Oil change etc.) Thank you BLANE!!!

Terrific customer service great buying experience always attentive automotive repair service too ! Alan and Richard are a great team. Usually do t finance but did this time and both the rate and the finance team were totally seemless and professional.

Although no one ever wants to spend money on a repair, working with Scott L. at this dealership makes you feel good about what is needed for your car to function as beautiful as a BMW should.
