Richard accurately gave me my length of time that my car would be in service. I was provided a loaner vehicle as promised. I was promptly notified when my car was ready. Ideal service appointment that went smooth!

Brought my car in for service and asked them to check the turbo because I was hearing a whine when I stepped on the gas. After a thorough checkout, they discovered it wasn't my turbo but my transmission. Patti was wonderful. Gave me a loaner and kept me informed on the repairs. I really enjoy working with her.

I went in to get my air bag replaced under a recall. They were ready for me at the scheduled time, and completed the work and a courtesy car wash in less than the estimated time. All the BMW people were very friendly and their waiting room was extremely comfortable. They were serving free breakfast when I arrived, so I had a good made-to-order omelette while I waited. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and will return for future service.
