Brake service required, able to schedule work with fast turnaround to meet my needs. Patti looks out for your interests, and learned there was also warranty work needed on engine. I took advantage of loaner car so all work could be accomplished

My customer experience was beyond expectation! I texted my sales agent with a service need, she got me worked in within minutes of my request, my car was wisked away the moment I arrived and drinks and lunch were offered. Where can customers be treated with such care these days? Very few places, but Fields BMW makes it happen. Hats off to Jamie and Patty!

I only drive BMWs - because of Allen Fisher. I live and work 1 mile from Vista BMW in Pompano Beach but I drove 200 miles north to Central Florida to work exclusively with Allen. If he moved to selling Yugos, I would switch to driving a Yugo. Do they even make Yogos any more? Allen Rocks. And he has a great sence of humor. He makes me feel like family. .
