My service advisor David Susa is fantastic. He kept me informed daily while my car was being taken care of. I always get my car back in very clean condition. Thank you!

I got an exelent assistance from my friend Mathew, he is a very pleasant and friendly, moreover, when he got my car, he first let me know about he was gonna perform on my car while my car was going through service.

Everyone was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer friends and family, and I will be back when it's time to purchase my next vehicle! Wonderful experience all around! No games...quick process!!

Richard Gaffney was very helpful and kept me posted throughout the day. In got me in early than expected and made normal annoyance painless and reasonable. The shuttledriver, David, was super nice too. Thank you!

Although I was happy that they repaired my first BMW I was not pleased that I waited an hour and a half before the car wash employees and receptionist misplaced my keys to my second BMW.

The service staff is always attentive and friendly. Everybody is cheerful and the waiting area is spotless. Restrooms are clean and you have the,cleanest showroom I've ever walked around in.

the whole experience was great. I was met by a tech who brought me over to my service advisor. The service advisor had all my paper work and my loaner car was ready. I was told my car would be ready by 6 and it was ready by 2. I was very pleased with the. Work.

Prompt service. Accurate pick-up time quoted. Matt Stevens is high class and was a pleasure to work with. Waiting area had a variety of hot/cold beverages to choose from and the coffee was superb. Very satisfied with the experience.
