I had an issue with my car's A/C. I took the car in to service where Michael Abney handled everything from dealing with my third party warranty company to setting up a rental car. He did a fantastic job of explaining how the diagnosis would be performed, how the process with the warranty company would work and the time frame of the entire process. He called me a number of times to update me on the process. He treated me like I was his only customer. I will not deal with any other service advisor.

My family and I purchased our vehicles from Fields BMW Winter Park in 2008 and we continue to do business with them. The hospitality and craftsmanship along with service is beyond superior. Many dealers in the area extend their invitation for us to visit and expand our horizon other then driving BMW's. It's not the fact of the fine engineering the vehicles deliver but the in house relationship that we have build to be treated like family each and every time we're there, thank you.

I was checked in promptly and on my way with my loaner. My car was ready much earlier than I expected the next day. Mike made sure I had the help I needed to link my iPhone with the car so I could play my music.

It was easy to schedule my service and I was offered the next day. My service Advisor, Patti Rennie was attentive, friendly yet professional. She informed me of the service process, gave an accurate time frame and was pleasant to both my wife and I. I was truly pleased.
