It was very easy to make an appointment . My service advisor David Souza was the best .David and the mechanic stayed past closing time to make sure I had my car and mafe sure it was fixed right. David was fantastic and so was the work that was done. Also the very next day I was missing two bolts from a previous mechanics job (not Fields) David had them replaced for me while I waited at no charge w/o an appt. Mr Allegra please recognize David for helping me get the car back in tiptop shape . Many thanks !!!! Peter Brothers

Fields knows how to treat their customers for sure! I was promptly met by my service advisor Richard Gafney for my scheduled appointment and was advised that he would handle it from there. In less than the expected time he was back to tell my that the work was finished and my car had also been washed. Now that is great service! Bravo!

Love the car. Love the dealership and personnel from the sales to the service team. Unfortunately, I am not too happy about having such a major repair on my vehicle. My 750i has only 13,000 miles on it and this was a huge deal to me in such a new car.

Simple fast and easy,great cafe,complimentary car wash. I enjoy my car and especially doing business at Fields.Richard Gaffney always makes it an exceptional experience.

I was having problems with my Bmw and I call Bmw for service. They are the best .Patty is always friendly friendly and happy to help and really knowledgeable . Fix my car really fast and I was back in the road and I was back in the road in no time strung recommend this dealer on Winter Park .

Patti rennie is the best. Always keeps the customer up to date and informed what is going on during service. Because of her popularity, tough to get a spur of the moment appt even though she would try and accommodate you.

Absolutely the best in customer service. Michael Bricketto, the sales manager who assisted us, spent as much time as necessary to make sure our needs were met. We never felt rushed or pushed towards any vehicle. He answered all questions and helped us find our customized dream car. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
