Matthew had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and was very patient with me since I had to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old. He provided coloring books and crayons when waiting and helped me keep an eye on them while I installed the car seats in the loaner car. He let me know when the car would be ready and texted when it was time to pick up. Very smooth transition!

Service advisor like Jack Todd and Blane were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel like a part of the family to take care of. I miss the Hertz car loaner personnel Arron guy he was very hard worker, friendly and professional. I would appreciate for more offers on service and parts discount for loyal customers.
