purchased vehicle from a different dealer and the service was not up to par. Came to Firlds, they explained the problem in dealer and car was fixed in a very timely manner. The experience was overall great.

Great dealership all the way around, but they are incredibly accommodating when it comes to their service department. Everyone is very nice, helpful and always seem to finish my service faster than expected. I will be a Fields Customer for life!

Everything went well, no problems. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was really not a problem. The lounge area has wi fi, refreshments and food if you want it.

Had a service light come up, scheduled a service appointment. Arrived and Richard notified me it s simple fix and it was because the previous owner lived in a state that needed yearly inspections to pass for the state and to check air pressure. He said instead of me using a rental as i had to leave, he promised me it would be quick and i would be out of there in 10 minutes tops. Becquse of the poor service I received at BMW of Ocala I almost didn't buy a new BMW. I drove 1 1/2 hrs. to Fields to have warranty work done and it was well worth the drive. I could tell when I entered the dealership that everyone was committed on being the best. The work was done quickly and Imwas on my way. Fields BM W restored my faith in BMW. Thanks
