Car was in 2x'before for the same engine light on issue. What I thought was minor was not so simple. Mike took wonderful care of the car and kept me informed every step of the way. I can relax when I know he is looking after the car and my peace of mind. Great job. I was spoiled by Fields in Northbrook IL I am so happy to find them here in Florida.

They simply are amazing at customer service. I personally worked with mike abney previous 3 times and he is very good and honest about what the car needs and when to do it. It's been an year and there have not been any unexpected of unwanted service costs. The service is timely and very professional.

Great friendly place.... Makes u want to come back... If BMW will put out a real full electric car, they / you will get my next purchase! (April 2016) Evolution has come, I do hope BMW will atleast follow Tesla, & add the Ultimate Driving Experience To a line of cars that don't use fuel....

My car's problem was addressed and corrected quickly with very little inconvenience. A loaner car was available and when my car was ready the work performed was effectively explained
