Brake service light came on. Contacted Fields and they scheduled an appt for me within a week and provided a BMW loaner. Richard is my service agent and he took care of everything. He even noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Fortunately, I took the tire insurance option when I purchased the car. Richard contacted the claims dept and my tire was replaced. All my service took place in less than 8 hours. Service was quick, easy and efficient. Richard was great as always!
