Patti was very helpful and always go the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied i enjoy working with her .her manager joe was also very helpful and accommodating. So thank you

It is always nerve wrecking when your car does not work as it should be, however when you have the best service advisor it can actually be a pleasant experience. I bought my car in because the engine light came on without warning, of course I freaked out! Call up and made an appointment with Mike Crenshaw and left with service light gone and me a happy camper!

I've owned some great cars in my lifetime, and the experience with Fields BMW and their service staff has easily been the most impressive. Beginning with Service Rep. Patti Rennie to the cook at the breakfast and lunch bar everything is first class. I can easily recommend this dealership.

Service is always a great experience because I have Patti for my service rep. She is always professional, always efficient and always right with her helpful knowledge with my questions about service for my Z4. She is honest and helpful and so glad she is there. Called and made an appointment to have check engine looked at and inspected. Ended up getting a break fluid flush that was due. Was told that I needed to leave the car overnight at the dealership if I wanted the inspection done. I was kind of disappointed since that was the main reason for my visit. Overall very happy with a customer service and the experience at field bmw show room. It's a beautiful place!

Accurate estimation of wait time and services needed. Very comfortable waiting are. Complete with a free delicious hot lunch and several drink choices. Makes time go by quickly.

Had to schedule service in a few minor things that need to be looked at on the car. I was in a hurry that morning and Patti made every thing go extremely quick. They had a loaner ready and I was out the door. Every time things go great !!!
