Until I got my first BMW, I would be in and out of not-so-fresh service places for oil changes and whatever they needed to meet their quota for. As soon as you pull your car into valet at Fields, you remind yourself this isn't like those other places. The staff is very friendly and calm. You sit in an impecably clean waiting room with the news on TV (not reruns of Geraldo). You can order breakfast (complete with sprig of Rosemary) or even lunch. Excellent communication. Thoroughly explained problems my vehicle was experiencing and addressed all my concerns. The shuttle back and forth to my house was speedy and the driver was very professional. All in all a very pleasant experience!

The service experience at Fields in Winter Park is the best. Where else can you have breakfast while your car is being serviced and then be provided with a courtesy car? Best purchasing experience and best service. Allen Fisher is the Best advisor. Of all the dealerships that I have dealt with, Fields Winter Park BMW is by far the best and that is because of Allen Fisher.
