I love fields BMW and their employees. Everyone is always very helpful especially Rich Gaffney in service department. I've had my fair share of service requests and he always takes of any and all of my needs efficiently, friendly, and its always a great experience. I went into BMW to purchase the all new 335 sedan. I have always thought that the 328 was a little under powered for my likings. After explaining this to Chris, he informed me of the all new powertrain in the 328 and that the performance is far better than what it looks like on paper. He convinced me to test drive a "sport line" and I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. I bought a 328 sport, oh and best part is that I'm getting 38mpg on the highway!!!! I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328i M-Sport edition, CPO, from Fields BMW-Winter Park and would like to give my sales advisor, Gary Boggess, the highest possible recommendation. Gary was professional, courteous, patient, and straight-forward. There was no sales pressure applied, the financial dealings were transparent, and the attention to detail was impressive. I love my service adviser Rob Hynes at Fields BMW in Winter Park, FL. Since I leased my BMW two years ago this month, Rob has taken such good care of me at this dealership.
